Sorority recruitment is an exciting learning and growing experience. A time to discover the many opportunities that sorority life has to offer. This is where you learn about each sorority as they present their values and philanthropies as well as obligations, time commitments, and membership requirements. As you visit each chapter, you will meet the sorority members and discover how each individual contributes to their sorority in a unique way and how the sorority contributes to campus life and the community. Formal recruitment consists of four rounds of parties where potential new members and sorority women participate in a mutual selection process for potential new members to possibly join one of Chapman University’s great NPC sororities.
