WHAT IS A RHO GAMMA?
A Recruitment Counselor, or Rho Gamma, is a member of the Panhellenic community who has chosen to disassociate from their own chapter to help unbiasedly lead a group of Potential New Members through the formal recruitment process.
DISAFILLIATION
To ensure an unbiased recruitment process, Rho Gammas disaffiliate from their chapter for the weeks leading up to and for the duration of formal recruitment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Mentors and guides Potential New Members throughout the recruitment process

Unbiased resource to the Potential New Members at all times

Fosters positive Panhellenic spirit throughout Recruitment
​
Role model for Potential New Members and Panhellenic members
KEY CHARACTERISTICS
Upholds Panhellenic values of leadership, scholarship, community, and philanthropic service

Promotes a positive attitude toward all Panhellenic chapters and the entirety of Chapman’s Greek Life Community

Well-educated on all of the chapters within Chapman Panhellenic
